Smocking: Stacking (Picture) Smocking Class
The stacking class teaches smocking skills to form pictures, which are combined with geometric smocking. These techniques will help you to make neat stacks forming cute objects.
The class will cover skills such as mirror images, identical rows of cables and symmetrical and and asymmetrical cables, natural caps and fill-in stitches.
Class Policies
- Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Minimum of 3 Students.
- Class fee does not include supplies unless otherwise noted.
- Fabric and patterns for classes are to be purchased from The Sewing Room. Supplies required for classes will be discounted 10% (please ensure we know your purchases are for a class).
- If you need to cancel a class, please notify us as soon as possible. You will receive a store credit for your class fee.

Students will need a smocking insert, DMC floss, #7 Darner Needles and small scissors. All may be purchased from The Sewing Room at a discount for the class.
