First created and printed at Liberty’s Merton printworks in 1964, this sweet and endearing design hides within it an array of juicy summer fruits. The colourful botanical medley of flowers, leaves, berries, grapes, oranges and pears is reminiscent of typical 1960s graphic retro prints, with a subtle pop aesthetic. Fruit Punch is part of the Yellow story of our Spring/Summer 2024 collection, examining the joyful spirit of this multi-faceted colour, with designs influenced by art movements such as Expressionism and Symbolism to the radiant beauty of pretty primulas, primroses, lemons, bees and buttercups.
